How to transfer user data with CSV files in Jostle

CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files are often your best choice for transferring data into and out of Jostle. 

Getting data into Jostle via CSV

These articles describe the methods used to import data into Jostle:

1. Importing Users (upload a CSV file containing the data of all the people in your organization that you would like to add)
2. Importing org-structures (use a Reports-to template to import an org chart)

Getting data out of Jostle via CSV

If you need to export all of your User data (to either save a back up copy, or to change some values and re-import them), a System Admin can:

1. Click Admin Settings at the bottom of the Main Nav Pane
2. Go to User Data to/from Other Systems > Extract/Manage All User Data (CSV)
3. Click on the blue Extract & Manage User Data button to download your user data
