A quick guide showing how to set your platform and notification preferences.
My Preferences
My Preferences is where you can customize your platform, set your preferences, and manage your notifications. To access My Preferences, click the Action Menu icon (three dots) next to your name at the bottom of the Main Nav Panel.
Preferences & Features
In My Preferences, you can:
- Select your email client
- Set which view Jostle opens to
- Subscribe to newsletters
- Change your display language
- Set your timezone
- Choose a date format
- Set you password and MFA (if you are signing in with a Jostle-managed password)
- Manage notifications
Notifications
You set when and how you wish to be notified, about new content arriving across the platform. For each notification, you can select where it arrives (email, browser notification center, mobile notification center, Slack, or Microsoft Teams).
