Activity Snapshot
The News Metrics Snapshot also includes weekly totals for Updates and Shout-Outs in the Activity Feed.
To view the News Metrics Snapshot, including these Activity metrics, a News Editor should:
- Tap News in the Main Nav Panel
- Open the Action Menu (three-dot icon) in the top right corner
- From the dropdown menu, select View News Metrics
Activity Export
News Editors can export post-level data from the Activity Feed as a CSV file. Use this report to review post content, track who’s giving or receiving Shout-Outs, and see how often posts are being liked.
To export the Activity Feed, a News Editor should:
- Tap News in the Main Nav Panel
- Open the Action Menu (three-dot icon) in the Activity Action Bar
- From the dropdown menu, select Export Activity Feed
- Select a date range
- Click Export to .CSV File
Each row in the exported file represents a single comment and includes the text, publish date and time, author, Location, Org-Values (if it’s a Shout-Out), reply count, and like count. If you’re using the Bonusly integration, the Bonus Value will also be included.
Activity Platform Metrics
This report helps you track your cadence of Updates and Shout-Outs over time. It reflects the same data shown in the News and Activity Metrics Snapshot.
System Admins can download this report from Admin Settings > Analytics > Download Platform Metrics. It includes a detailed weekly breakdown of Activity-specific metrics such as:

| Updates With Shout Outs Posted | Number of new Shout-Outs this week. |
| Updates With Shout Outs Liked | Total number of Likes added to Shout-Outs during the week. |
| Updates With Shout Outs Replied To | Total number of replies to Shout-Outs created during the week. |
| Count Updates With Bonuses Count | Number of Bonus posts the week. |
| Updates With Bonuses Like Count | Total number of Likes added to Bonus posts during the week. |
| Updates With Bonuses Replied To Count | Total number of replies to Bonus posts during the week. |
| Updates Posted | Number of new Updates this week. |
The cut off for data tabulation each week is Sunday at 10 PM Pacific time for all customers.
