How to set up Google-integrated Library in Jostle

Google-integrated organizations that signed up for Jostle through the Google Marketplace have some extra functionality in Library that needs to be activated.

If the Jostle Library hasn't already been initialized, a System Admin will first need to create a special "librarian" Google user in the Google domain.  See this article for more details.

Jostle uses this Google user to maintain the contents of Library in Google Drive. Access to this content is controlled by the Volume permissions set on the Jostle side.

Note that the content and permissions are controlled via Library. Do not add or delete files, or modify folder permissions, on the Google side. You should not normally log into the special "librarian" Google account.
