Overview
Direct Messages are designed to help users manage their ongoing one-on-one chats.
The key features of Direct Messages (DMs) are that they:
- Have their own dedicated Discussions Category
- Are listed by name and Profile picture of the person you have the DM with
- Don't have a Discussion Title that you can edit)
While you can only have one Direct Message per person, you can also have multiple one-on-one Private Discussions with the same person. This can be useful if you have a side topic or special project that you want to focus on together.
