The Keep-Me-Logged-In option for Mobile allows users stay logged in to the Jostle app on their mobile device until they explicitly log out. System Admins can do this in Admin Settings > Governance > Manage Login Credentials:
NOTE: Before enabling this feature, you should have a procedure in place that promptly disables the Jostle Account for users that leave your organization. Otherwise, that user will still be able to access Jostle through Mobile. For Google SSO, you can use our Google Automation to automatically disable users in Jostle when they are suspended/deleted in Google. Similarly customers using a provisioning (SSO) system, can have users suspended in Jostle immediately. If you have further questions, please contact support@jostle.me.
