Login reports

System Admins should visit this page to check on how Users have been logging in: Admin Settings >
Analytics > View/Download Login Report. This page provides a number of different ways to explore this, as described below. The weekly data provided is finalized each week on Sunday at 10 PM Pacific Time for all customers.

Login Snapshot

The Login Snapshot provides a week-by-week summary of these key login parameters:

  • Paid Users   
  • Created Users
  • Activated Users
  • Invited Users
  • Unique Logins Last 7 Days  
  • Unique Logins Last 28 Days
  • Unique Login% Last 7 Days
  • Unique Login % Last 28 Days

System Admins can view the Login Snapshot by going to Admin Settings > Analytics > View/Download Login Report, where it is displayed at the top.

Users Not Logged In Report

This report provides a list of Users who users who have not logged in during the previous 30, 60, or 90 days.

To download the Users Not Logged In Report, a System Admin should:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Analytics > View/Download Login Report
  2. Scroll down to the section for this report
  3. Click Download CSV

Last Logged In Date Report

This report provides a list of the last login time for each Activated User.

To download the Last Logged In Date Report, a System Admin should:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Analytics > View/Download Login Report
  2. Scroll down to the section for this report
  3. Click Download CSV

Users Invited But Never Logged In Report

This report lists any Users that have been Invited but have never logged in.

To download the Users Invited But Never Logged In Report, a System Admin should:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Analytics > View/Download Login Report
  2. Scroll down to the section for this report
  3. Click Download CSV

Note: If you want to see more metadata for these Users, including their login method, a System Admin should download the report at Admin Settings > Analytics > Download Login Status and Method.
