Setting your Preferences


A quick guide to setting your intranet and notification preferences.



My Preferences

My Preferences is where you can customize your intranet, set your preferences, and manage your notifications. To access My Preferences, click the slider icon at the bottom of the Main Navigation.




Preferences & Features

In My Preferences, you can:

  • Select your email client
  • Enable the Welcome screen
  • Subscribe to newsletters
  • Change your display language
  • Set your timezone
  • Choose a date format
  • Set your default screen
  • Change your password



You can also set when and how you wish to be notified (email/mobile/browser), about items posted to:

  • News
  • Events
  • Discussions
  • Library
  • Classifieds
