UTF-8

In some places within Jostle you can find the UTF-8 (Unicode Transformation Format – 8-bit) option. This is used by some Asian languages, some HRIS systems, etc. If UTF-8 is not checked then ISO-8859-1 (Latin1) encoding is used.
