Well, the party is over and it's time to 'lock it in'. Soon, we'll guide you through the steps required to sustain a fresh and engaging employee success platform. But first,

Celebrate with your team! Your launch was a success -- you've accomplished a lot together as a team. Make sure you take time to thank everyone that contributed. Lunch anyone?



Check your numbers 

Get your System Admin to help you check how your community is logging in and using the platform. Are there locations that have much lower participation? Are there people you should chase to help guide them through the change? Here are the key reports to look at:

Who has not logged in during the last 30 days?

Administration settings > Analytics > View/download login reports

 Who has never logged in?

Administration settings > Analytics > View/download login reports

 How often are users using different parts of the platform?

Administration settings > Analytics > View engagement Metrics

 Who has built out their Profile?

Administration settings > User Profiles > View user Profile completion


Encourage best practices for sharing information:

  • Shut down your old employee directory.
  • Delete your old org charts.
  • Share documents and roll out new policies via Library Links.
  • Create an Onboarding Library Volume for new employees.
