How to view engagement metrics in Jostle

System Admins can extract and view engagement metrics to help understand the areas of their platform that are most commonly visited and the areas where opportunities for increased participation might be possible.

Engagement Metrics Snapshot

The Engagement Metrics Snapshot provides a quick overview of User participation, including benchmarks and trends. This report tracks Participation as the fraction of Users have logged in over the prior 7 and 28 days.

The Engagement Metrics Snapshot includes run charts with benchmarks to all Jostle customers, and to customers in your industry cohort.

Note: If you are a new customer, it will take time for this data to accumulate and be displayed.

To view the Engagement Metrics Snapshot, a System Admin should go to Admin Settings > Analytics > View Engagement Metrics.

Engagement Metrics Report

The Engagement Metrics Report provides a view-by-view summary of weekly activity, based on unique logins. Data for this report is finalized each week on Sunday at 10 PM Pacific Time for all customers.

To download the Engagement Metrics Report, a System Admin should go to Admin Settings > Analytics > Download Platform Metrics.

    Can you specify the engagement metrics to show each unique contributor login and their individual involvement? We'd like to find out how much involvement and who is participating the most.
