How to export SSO metadata in Jostle

This article explains how System Admins can export the Federation Metadata file (XML) from some SSO providers. 

The XML file needs to be sent to Jostle support when setting up SSO with Jostle for the first time. And then, whenever you renew/update the certificate on your end.

OKTA

  • Go to Okta > Applications  > Catalog > All Integrations and search for the Jostle app.

  • Then, go to the Sign On tab and click on the Metadata URL to retrieve the XML file to send to Jostle.

Microsoft ADFS

Go to the following URL:

https://<your ADFS URL>/FederationMetadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml

Centrify

  • Go to the Apps tab and click "Add Web Apps".
  • Select the "Custom" tab and select SAML.
  • Click close and you will be taken to Application Settings where you will be able to download the metadata.

OneLogin

On OneLogin console, click on the “More Actions” dropdown and then click on “SAML Metadata” to download the metadata.

PingOne

After adding the application, you will be presented with the Application Configuration page where you can download the metadata.
