Enabling/Disabling certain views and features can be done by System Administrators from within their Jostle platform. Disabling views can be beneficial if your organization wants to stagger the roll-out of their platform's features to all users.
Staging mode is available for selected views, and it disables a view for all but the System Administrator and that view's Administrators. It's useful for when your organization is ready to launch your platform, but wants some extra time to build up the content available in a particular view before presenting it to all users.
To enable/disable main views, features, or options
1. Click the Admin Settings link in the Main Navigation and then go to Views and Functions > Manage Views and Options
2. Toggle the settings for the views you want enabled/disabled (NOTE—the People view cannot be disabled, and Teams can only be disabled if the Main Org chart doesn't contain any real roles and all other Charts have been deleted)
3. Scroll down and click Save
TIP: The Manage Views and Options page is also where you can rename the Classifieds (Listings) and Links views to custom names of your own choosing (unless they are trial versions - see below)

Customers on our paid subscription plans are able to customize their platform with additional views and/or options.
In Admin Settings > Views and Functions > Try Other Views and Options, System Admins can view video previews, request free trials of any available options currently not included in their platform subscription, or rename any applicable trial version views - i.e. Classifieds (Listings) and Links.
