Viewing JavaScript Console on your browser
Jostle Support may need to view your JavaScript Console when you run into problems using Jostle. The JavaScript Console provides Jostle Support additional error information that helps us troubleshoot your problem. The following instructions show you how to open and screenshot your JavaScript Console.

- Press the Ctrl + Shift + I keys together to open the Console. Alternatively you can open the Chrome menu (in the upper right corner) and select More Tools > Developer tools. When the JavaScript Console opens, click on the Console tab, then press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. Save your screenshot and send it to us.
Firefox
- Press the Ctrl + Shift + J keys together to open the Console (on Mac: Cmd + Shift + J). Alternatively you can open the Firefox menu and go to Web Developer > Browser Console menus.
