The Help page is where you'll access support content, system status information, your Jostle System Admins, and more. The Help page can be accessed via the question mark icon located near the bottom of the Main Nav Panel.
The available actions under Help include:
Get help: This is how to contact your designated Jostle System Admins. Simply click on Get Help to email the people in your organization that look after the configuration of your Jostle platform. (System Admins to update who get's emailed here go to Admin Settings > Platform > Route Account Notifications > User Requests.)
Contact Jostle Support: (Only available to Admins.) Allows you to report any bugs, glitches, or unexpected results you may be experiencing with your platform. Or to ask for help, whenever you need it.
Admins are also encouraged to reach out to their dedicated Customer Success Manager. System Admins can find their Customer Success Manager's contact information by going to Admin Settings > Platform > View Account Information > Subscription.
Our Support Desk is open business days from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific time). We normally respond quickly, and most certainly by the next business day.
Ask a Question: This takes you to Jostle's built-in Ask a Question function (you can also get there by clicking on Search in the Main Nav Panel). Simply describe what you need help with and Jostle AI will answer your question based on the content in Jostle's Support Center. This is usually your fastest route to figuring out how to do something in the Jostle platform.
Visit Support Center: Takes you to the Support Center can browse or search for overviews, how-to's, and documentation for all things Jostle.
View System Status: Displays real time server status of Jostle and a log of previous incidents which can include outages and software updates. You can Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.
View Release Notes: Opens the Release Notes blog, which lists the key new features and improvements included in each update release.
Also provided on this page is info on how you can suggest improvements or submit requests for new features you'd like added to the Jostle platform.
