Note: System Adminis can set this view to a custom name, so it may appear as "Listings", "Classifieds", or something completely different, in your platform's Main Navigation.
Introduction
Listings provides a place for members of your organization to exchange things on an offer/take basis. It can be adapted to for different applications like buy-and-sell, job postings, mentoring opportunities, shift sharing, and more.
Click on Listings from the Main Navigation to see all currently active listings, with details including the title, who posted it, when it expires, and how many views it has received.
To view a full listing, just click on its title from the list.
Administrators
Listings supports two administrative roles with the following permissions:
Listing Creators
- Can add, edit, archive, and delete their own Listings
- Are managed by Listing Managers
Listing Managers
- Can create new Listings
- Can edit, archive, and delete any Listing
- Create and manage Listing Categories
- Are managed by System Admins
